1. Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Damaged or spoiled products
  • Missing items
  • Incorrect quantity

Returns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds

After reviewing your request, refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit
  • Replacement product
  • Refund to original payment method

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to process.

3. Non-Returnable Items

To maintain hygiene and safety, the following cannot be returned:

  • Frozen or chilled items
  • Opened or used products
  • Fresh fruits & vegetables (unless damaged/spoiled)

4. How to Request a Return

You can submit a request through:

  • Email
  • “My Orders” section on our website

Please include your order number, product photo, and the issue.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before packing at no cost.
  • If the order is already dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.
